Biography:

As a life-long summer resident, Tjark had the opportunity to move to the Island full-time in 2009 to assist his aging parents. Prior to living on the island, Tjark has been active in the real estate, marketing, and advertising industry throughout his professional career in New York City, Boston and Vermont.

He began his career in New York City and Boston working in the computer graphics and advertising industries. It was at this point that he realized his love of the small-town lifestyle which led to a move to Vermont where he launched an advertising agency and Vermont Recreation Magazine, a statewide publication focusing on sports and fitness. Later, he spent 7 years working in the not-for-profit organizations, first at the Vermont Association of Snow Travelers (VAST) and later at the Vermont State Chamber of Commerce as Director of Communications where he provided marketing, design and communications leadership for the organization and its partner organizations – Vermont Hospitality Council, Vermont Attractions Association, Vermont Business Expo and Vermont Farms Association.

Once on Martha’s Vineyard, Tjark launched Homes on Martha’s Vineyard (HMV) in 2011, a full-service real estate sales and vacation rental firm. In 2019, Tjark joined eXp Realty, LLC as an Associate Broker.

When now focusing on real estate, he enjoys renovating a house in Edgartown. He is an avid skier, tennis player and somewhat of a computer nerd. He also gets in trouble by watching too much HGTV. Tjark has 3 grown children and lives in Katama with his wife, 2 cats, 1 Aussie Shepard.

Biography:

Kimberly moved to Martha’s Vineyard year-round from Chatham, NJ in 2010 after spending numerous summers here with her family.

She made the move so the children could be closer to their grandparents and be raised in a wholesome, safe, community-based environment. Kimberly is a homeowner in Vineyard Haven and resides with her 3 children, boy/girl twins Dylan and Anabelle, and daughter Ashley. She frequently can be found cheering on her active children at the Hockey Rink, Lacrosse, or Track fields, or riding ring at the barn.

Kimberly is also the owner of the children’s Boutique Bibi’s located on Main Street, Vineyard Haven. Her meticulous attention to detail, customer service, communication, and thoroughness are why clients seek her out to help them find the right property that fits their needs.

Kimberly is a licensed sales agent, Realtor® and member of the Cape Cod and Islands MLS.

Biography:

Joanna has been a year-round resident of Martha’s Vineyard since 1995. Prior to living on the island, Joanna was a public relations and event executive in Boston, MA. She managed her own consulting business and held positions at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel, the Sheraton Tara Hotels, Reebok International, Harvard University, Bank of America, and Arnold Worldwide Advertising. Once on Martha’s Vineyard, Joanna started a business in Oak Bluffs called High Rollers, providing roller skating fun to the summer tourists. In 2005 She founded Vineyard Coach & Concierge, a transportation and event planning company. In 2013 Joanna sold her company and now combines her love of being a wedding planner with her passion for real estate. In addition to real estate sales and rentals, Joanna is an ambassador for the Martha’s Vineyard Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the Vineyard Hills Homeowners Association.
